Yonder Mountain Range Mt Ebay

My eyes they look……. they see far off…
To yonder ebay peaks I climb…..
Thrills and fears run through, when think ahead I do..
Ebay mountains beckon mysteries I must see..
Virgin treasures wait, wait just for me..
Yes, snow it’s deep and wind it’s cold on yonder mountain range..
But go I must the call is clear…
Onward, upward till Mount ebay’s top is near

Ode To E-Baby

Hi, I’m E-Baby. Please excuse me while I throw a trantrum.

You see, today was crappy, not diaper crappy, ebay crappy. All my ebay grown ups left me alone and I didn’t know what to do. I cried and I cried but no one came to rescue me. My ebay grown ups let me cry until I forgot why I was crying.

Then I remembered and picked up the bottle with everything they taught me and threw it as far as I could. I’ll show them who’s boss, I quit! I stuck my thumb in my mouth and looked over to see if my ebay grown ups were paying attention. Nope, they were too busy finding products to sell and writing auction listings on ebay.

ebay4U - Number 1 Link on My Ebay Adventure

One of my favorites episodes of Seinfeld is when Jerry notices button number ‘07′ on the speed dial of his new girlfriend’s phone is marked “Jerry” after just 2 dates.

George exclaims, “Wha! You know, it’s a pain to change that. You gotta lift up that plastic thing with a pen.”

Recently I’ve received some postive publicity over at ebay4U and appreciate it very much. However it strikes me odd that if I merit an entire post as to my future ebay prowess I can only manage

a lousy 6th out of his total

Photo Shoots Templates and More

Rank amateurs unite! I’m fumbling around in areas I know little about determined to learn and produce timely results simultaneously. I guess many small business do this in the beginning.

I took lots of pictures today then imported them into Coreldraw to add text captions. Graphics Artist I’m not but I’ve got a vision in my head that needs to be expressed before I poo poo it. The perfectionist in me is leaning toward going conservative with my first Auction Genius ebay product line. We’ll see, I know the “Jan” in MarJan wants me to go that way.

It’s In the Code…It’s In the Code

Read my blog long enough and you’ll find out I’m a huge Jim Carey fan! In Jim’s second Ace Ventura Pet Detective adventure Ace finds himself deep in the jungles of Africa.

Taken prisoner by Watusi Warriors Ace must fight in an ancient contest for survival. With spears the weapon of choice Ace asks for one and a Watusi Tribesman launches a couple of 9 footers his way.

Each 9 footer gets buried deep into both of Ace’s femur bones with Ace GooseStepping about screaming,

It’s in the bone!!!!!!…………….It’s in the bone!!!!!!

Paying for the Expedition

As you can see by the addition of several advertisements on “My Ebay Adventure” I’m beginning to explore ways to fund my adventure. The thought crossed my mind to keep this blog untarnished by the seemly side of the extraction of other people’s money but that’s not the reality we live in.

Columbus needed his Ferdinand, Lewis and Clark needed Jefferson and the US Treasury and even Steven Spielberg makes movies like “Jurrasic Park” to fund “Schindlers List”.

Times They are a Changing

Big fan of Bob Dylan. A Genius with words that actually mean something. In his controversial break from “Folk Music” to “Rock n Roll” song “Like a Rolling Stone”, John Lennon’s favorite song by the way, there’s a line that keeps haunting me. It’s goes like this.

“When ya aint got nothing ya got………………..nothin to lose.”

For me, that’s what makes pushing off from shore more difficult and more exciting. I’ve got something to lose. I’ve got a lot to lose. Nice home, wonderful family, good job, money in the bank and respect in my church and community. What I carry with me strengthens, inspires and adds weight to my journey. If the going gets tough, and it will, some possessions may have to be cast overboard to stay afloat.
