Bye Bye Dan the UPS Man
Had a shocker yesterday. Dan my UPS man told me he was retiring and this was his last week on the job. Dan’s just 56 but is able to collect a pension through the Teamsters union he’s a part of. Good for Dan!! God bless him. You don’t realize how close you become to someone until they are saying goodbye for what is most likely forever.
When Dan told me he was retiring, “Cheap Mark” popped a thought into my head, “Hey man, that means you can get away without tipping Dan this year.” Dan seemed like he was in a hurry anyway.

Truth We Dare To Call Our Own
Saturday mornings between 10:00 and 11:00AM find the “Wifey Poo” and I kicking back in our Family Room with some great French Pressed coffee watching the “Business Block” on the Fox News Network.
I enjoy watching Brenda Butner, Gary B., Pat Dorsey and the rest of “the panel” duke it out over the latest and greatest stock picks. On a stock picking scale of 1 - 100 their expertise on how to pick the best stocks would be 100 and mine would be 1.

A Philatelic Cover Story
Amongst the zillion or so emails I receive each day are eBay store newsletters of some of the eBay stores I have thrown into my eBay favorites as an inspiration to me to create an eBay storefront someday.
It hasn’t worked.
I rarely look at these emails anymore but checked this one today for some reason. Man, does this guy have a great eBay storefront or what?
I’m mean come on look at this thing. It’s absolutely beautiful! Good for him!!! So I browse on over to his site and start admiring his store when it occurs to me,

The Definition of a Bozo
Bozassity??????? Look it up I dare ya. Your not going to find it. But the sum of these letters equals a definition Webster would have been proud to include in his dictionary and who knows maybe someday “bozassity” will catch on.
So what is bozassity? Bozassity is a word created by Venture Capitalist Guy Kawaski.
Guy uses bozassity to define bozos in the world who put down truly revolutionary innovations, bozos who speak from on high and deride down and out “garage thinkers” with proclamations like “ahh that’ll never work”.

A Regular John MacGyver
This picture sums up what kind of excellent shopper I am. God help my wife this Christmas.
Back in April I decide it’s time to purchase a laptop. “Hey, why not save some money and buy it on eBay, yea that’s the thing to do”, I think with my tiny yet super concentrated brain cells. “Good idea Mark, way to go. That’s the way to support the platform that is putting the bread and butter on my table”.
Side-note: That’s about all I can afford at this time by the way
