A Conversation with Quo
It’s 5:30AM and I just got up to go the bathroom and walked smack dab into a wall. I think I broke my big toe. You see the ‘Wifey Poo’ decided our Master Bedroom needs updating and we’ve been demoted to the guest bedroom this past week.
Whenever I need some unnecessary thing like say, my cloths, I’ve been reduced to becoming an amateur acrobat. All the furniture in the Master Bedroom is squished at every conceivable angle into the center of the room so the ‘Wifey Poo’ can peal off old wallpaper and paint. I end up having to bend this old body of mine all kinds of ways just to get a tee shirt and a sock. Electric cords and TV cables make their way from exterior walls to this center mass of furniture like snakes waiting to strike at any moment.

My Best Man John
It’s been 4 months yesterday since my eBay adventure began. Significant progress has been made and I’m pleased with the results. I’ve tackled many new ‘learning curves’ and re-familiarized myself with others. All this is wonderful but by far my greatest achievement over the past four months is in the area of “belief”.

What’s in Your Wake?
A performance review each day, could you take it? Well that’s what each day brings whether we like it or not. Results matter and they don’t lie. I have a new saying that I repeat throughout each day, “It is what it is”.
It’s impossible to draw a circle around certain aspects of our life and think they won’t affect our entire being and more importantly affect those around us. They will and they do.

Upside Down is Right Side Up
What a picture of potential this iceberg represents in us. A tiny speck of talent peaks out into the sunshine while we hoard the bulk beneath in the darkness of our dreams.
In dreams our talents rise up out of ourselves. In dreams courage powers what’s inside to express itself outside. Why only in dreams?
What power persuades us not to look inside and shed light on the dark recesses of our life where corners full of ideas and pockets of latent energy wait to be released?
