Taming the wild beast

If dreams are the author of our surroundings, passion is the unappreciated furnace whose heat produces the slow burn necessary for dreams to linger until we have the nerve to set them free.
Unbridled passion is worthless, destructive and empowers nothing but our pride. It makes us feel strong when we’re not and gives a false impression of power to onlookers. Uncontrolled passion is the telling mark of immaturity and has destroyed countless lives.
Stories of passion are printed in the “Bluespapers” everyday. One wonders what would qualify to be printed if uncontrolled passion didn’t exist in the hearts of man. This twisted and maligned word gets associated mostly with sex, hysterical rage and thoughtless impulses. Few and far between are the stories of passion’s real attributes.
Tamed, passion is a wild beast whose raw power lies patiently waiting for his masters call. Let loose for a righteous purpose passion ruthlessly strikes out at those who would kill his masters dream. Disciplined passion has spent countless hours studying the links of reasons that make clear the vision and wholeheartedly believes in the visions future. Satisfied, passion calmly releases just enough of itself to smother attacks from doubters and brush aside contrary circumstances while staying unnoticed in the background.
Passion is alive, pulsating with every heartbeat it grows in strength and determination. Those without passion look at their own risk into the flaming eyes of the man or woman with this kind of zealousness for life. Passionate eyes expose the weakness around them and casually turn away from those with small insignificant ideas.
Have you ever felt the eyes of a passionate person burning inside you long after they have left? Passionate people ignite those around them with an infectious enthusiasm. To follow a passionate person set on their mission is to be caught up in an inescapable draft of purpose and meaning.
Life without passion’s blue tipped flame burning inside our heart each day, is a meaningless existence bent on counting the days until eternity puts us out of our misery forever.
Grab a chair, thrust it out in front of your face and dare to enter the center cage of your heart. Tame the wild beast so full of power and life that rocks your world. Be the master of forward motion this very moment, take control of the fire within and let it burn for you. Be the master of your wild beast, the master of your passion.
