I received an email this morning from the ebay customer I made the eBoo Boo with. It’s proof that screw-ups can be rectified to the customers satisfaction and even more important this customer is anchored to me for future orders by treating this eBoo Boo as an opportunity for success.

I really appreciate your e-mail (and PARTICULARLY your phone call this morning) re this mix-up. As I told you on the phone things get mixed up from time to time and no one is really “to blame.” This will all work out just fine! But I did want to tell you that I really appreciate all you are doing to correct the situation. UPS tells me that 8 lbs. of glasses (I think you said that would be 10 of them) were shipped today and will arrive on the 20th. And if you send the other two out sometime after Christmas that will be just fine. Have a GREAT Christmas! And again THANKS!
